For close to two decades I’ve had the privilege of serving in senior leadership roles across global organisations and multiple industries. I choose to lead from clarity, conviction and the courage to speak from the inside out. A lot of my journey has been built in the trenches, guiding global organisations through major cyber incidents, helping them return to full operations, building award-winning strategies and taking the companies I’ve served to the number one spot in their sectors. Those experiences, along with recognitions such as Global CISO 100 Award 2025, CISO Power 100 Index 2025, and EU CISO of the Year Finalist, and speaking on stages like BlackHat, Evanta Gartner, Automotive Cyber Expo and the Global CISO and CIO Institute, shaped my thinking deeply. My career has been about shaping and delivering transformative cybersecurity programmes across the UK, Europe, APAC and the Americas. Every culture, every team and every challenge has taught me something new to learn, unlearn or relearn. I’ve built environments where people feel trusted, empowered and safe to enjoy the work because when people feel seen, they perform with heart. I lead with a simple principle- understand the problem first. Cybersecurity is not here to sell fear or trap organisations in a culture of anxiety. It exists to elevate business value, customer trust, loyalty, growth and revenue. I’ve always challenged toxic narratives and replaced them with grounded, commercially intelligent conversations that connect cyber risk with real business outcomes. My academic foundation includes an MSc in Network Computing with Distinction from UCLan. Experience has been my greatest teacher — from securing Critical National Infrastructure to supporting law enforcement, to transforming FTSE and NYSE-listed organisations across more than 50 countries.
