About

I’m a Business Management student at the University of Florida with a strong interest in designing systems and processes that make teams more effective, efficient, and aligned. Through my work with organizations such as Girls Soccer Worldwide and The NASRA Foundation, I’ve led communications and operations initiatives that expanded scholarship programs, launched international campaigns, and streamlined workflows across teams and time zones. I also support data analysis efforts for The NASRA Foundation by cleaning and organizing data and building dashboards that improve reporting, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. I have completed a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals and Applications at the University of Florida. I’m driven by the challenge of optimizing how people work together and building scalable, mission-driven systems that enhance performance and create meaningful impact.

The Girls Soccer Worldwide Ambassador for Change Leadership Program focuses on self-leadership, local and global impact, and empowering young girls. Through workshops and events, we are encouraging female student-athletes to rise up, make a difference, and become strong leaders in their own communities. In this Change one Change Thousands movement, we believe when girls are provided access to the resources to reach her fullest potential, she has the ability to inspire entire communities to create change from within. Throughout the year, I collaborated with our Bay Area Ambassador team to co-develop and co-facilitate workshops for young girls living in underserved communities. Using soccer as a way to connect, we created a space for girls to engage in positive conversations focusing on our core principles as leaders: confidence, courage, character, and compassion. In November 2022 and 2023, I traveled with GSWW to Paraguay and assisted in the organizations efforts to help girls living in poverty gain access to sports, education, and leadership opportunities. Working alongside our Paraguayan Ambassador team, we delivered food kits and backpacks filled with school supplies to partnered schools in rural communities, led bi-lingual empowerment and soccer workshops, and delivered/built beds for girls in need.
