I am a strategic data, AI, and analytics leader with over a decade of experience driving business transformation through data-driven innovation, enterprise analytics, and large-scale change initiatives. Since founding the Data & Analytics function at Richemont Asia Pacific in 2017, I have led the development of the region’s data strategy and transformation agenda, enabling the organisation to embed data and AI at the heart of decision-making and business growth. My strength lies in leading data and AI transformation through a combination of clear strategic vision, effective change management, and strong stakeholder alignment. I am passionate about bridging business and technology, translating complex analytical opportunities into practical, high-impact solutions that create long-term value. With a strong foundation in strategic management and deep technical expertise, I work across functions and leadership levels to align priorities, build momentum, and foster adoption of transformative data capabilities. Throughout my career, I have successfully evolved data operating models to improve agility, scalability, and business relevance. I have established robust data governance frameworks to strengthen data quality, integrity, security, and compliance, while also championing a culture of data literacy across the organisation. A key milestone was the creation of a Data School to upskill teams and empower wider business adoption, helping cultivate a truly data-driven mindset and preparing the organisation for the next wave of AI-enabled transformation. I have also led the transition to a cloud-based data platform, modernising the data infrastructure to support scalable analytics, advanced insights, and more agile decision-making. This transformation has significantly enhanced data accessibility, operational efficiency, and the organisation’s ability to respond to evolving business needs with speed and confidence. Looking ahead, I am driven by the opportunity to shape the future of business through data and AI.
