Oversee District Managers in various Regions, depending on needs, to ensure execution of the company’s vision, strategies and standards. • Manage team of District Managers with visits to their markets frequently to walk properties, discuss quality of service and strategize on property needs • Coach personnel regarding proper management of their accounts, providers and management/execution of Service Agreements • Perform quarterly evaluations of District Managers; holding them to assigned KPIs and quality standards • Collaborate in regular upper management meetings to determine strategic planning, discuss and implement company directives/initiatives, define company culture, review and strategize for company financial success • Complete technical writing for the company’s Standards and Skills Guides for implementation into our new training program • Region consists of 900+ accounts including Retail and REIT customers
Manage exterior service maintenance contracts for big box retailers and REIT clients across five (5) states; totaling 100+ accounts. • Recruit and manage vendors for various services including but not limited to landscaping, lot sweeping, pressure washing, handyman, parking lot repair, plumbing and electrical services. • Negotiate service rates and profit margins. • Collaborate with REIT Property Managers to ensure quality and scope of work meets expectations. • Perform property inspections at various intervals for all clients; identify areas of concern/liability; create proposals for repairs. • Gather and present competitive bids for large, capital projects. • Manage capital projects and “white boxing” of retail space. • Travel to other markets to assist with District Manager vacancies and train new employees
