About

You're the person everyone counts on. You deliver, you lead, you figure it out. But at a certain point, being excellent at your job stops being enough and nobody tells you what comes next. I spent 10 years in tech, went from individual contributor to VP in five years — quadrupling my income along the way. I learned the hard way that your work doesn't speak for itself. You have to. The people who keep climbing aren't just better at their jobs. They know how to read the room, manage up, influence sideways, and make their impact legible at the levels that matter. That's what I teach. I work with directors, VPs, and senior leaders at companies like Airbnb, Meta, Citi, A24, and JLL who are done letting their work speak for itself. My coaching is tactical and strategic. I'm not going to ask you how something makes you feel. I'm going to help you figure out what's actually holding you back (...because it's almost never what you think it is), build the right strategy against that specific problem, and stay in your corner until it works. Most ambitious professionals don't have a skills problem. They have a visibility problem, a positioning problem, or a communication problem they've been misdiagnosing as a confidence problem. I help you see the difference. Then I help you do something about it. What makes the difference is strategy, timing, and knowing how to move the people around you. Here's what my former clients have said: “Ashley helped me reframe how I saw my work—transforming it from reactive tasks to understanding the broader, strategic impact I was having on the company. I now position myself as a leader who doesn’t just support, but shapes the narrative.” “With Ashley, I developed the confidence to speak up in rooms I used to shrink in. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of my strengths and how to position them in ways that get noticed and valued.” “This isn’t coaching. It’s strategy, clarity, and a level of intentionality I hadn’t experienced before. I feel more aligned, more authoritative, and more energized than I’ve ever felt in my career.” If you're ready to stop working harder and start working differently — I'm at [email protected].

My clients work at: A24, Disney, IDEO, Starface, Harvard Business School, Lloyds Bank, and more. If you’ve made it this far, you want to know if I can *actually* help you... - Pinpoint your unique leadership strengths and gain clarity on your areas for growth - Take some big swings and achieve new heights in your career This might look like (1) finding the courage to go after big goals or challenges or (2) staying at your current company and setting yourself up for a promotion, or even (3) or finding an entirely new career path, role, and company. Hi, I'm Ashley and helping high-achievers like you is my area of expertise 👋 Not only have I supported clients get promoted and find the courage to pursue senior roles, I’ve done it for myself — climbing my way up the ladder from IC to VP, in just 5 years. However YOU want to advance in your career, I can help. Just like I helped my client Claire. Claire works an entertainment company in New York City. When she came to me she: - Wanted a more concrete vision for what strategic agility looked like in her work - Was often derailed by the stress of the team’s daily operations - Felt uninspired by and bored with her responsibilities - Needed support with developing executive presence The first step I took to help Claire was providing tactical hands on support for navigating her daily stress. Then I guided her through one simple question: → What do you want out of your career? We discussed her priorities, career goals, and impact she wanted to make. Using the tools I provided, Claire started to make tangible changes in her day-to-day: She set new standards for performance on her team (which allowed them to thrive!) which gave her the capacity to use my strategies to get strategic projects and interact more effectively with executives. When you get the right coach to support you with your professional development — you'll start ticking off your list of goals. And that growth feels amazing!

My clients: A24, Rhum Barbancourt, Exposure Communications You're probably curious about whether it’s possible to improve the effectiveness of your existing leadership team and/or retain your top talent. Maybe you've tried workshops/trainings, hiring external leaders, or even promoting from within -- but something still isn't clicking. My client, an international food and beverage company with 600+ employees, came to me with these exact issues. Their workforce tripled, they hired new senior leadership, and doubled their revenue, in just a year. But they needed: - A significant performance boost - A culture of effective collaboration - More self-sufficient leaders The first step I took to increase their managerial effectiveness was to assess their current leadership team's sentiment and their satisfaction with their work… And I discovered many key accountability and collaboration skillsets were missing. This is incredibly common in organizations. Chances are your managers don’t have the proper skills they need to effectively deliver results. And typical trainings and generalized coaching are NOT effective if your managers cannot actually apply and use their learnings in real-time. Once they: 🔥 Accept change as a constant 🔥 Enhance their conflict de-escalation skills 🔥 Can foster ownership over their organizational impact 🔥 Know how to increase the frequency + quality of feedback 🔥 Understand the best techniques to leverage productivity and adaptability… You’ll have a team of A-players that *want to* stay at your company and a solid organizational foundation to build and scale from. Now, my client has: - A consolidated overview of their entire leadership team's strengths that they're using to inform workforce and succession planning - 97% participation in all calls for constructive feedback - 70% of their leaders express an intent to stay with the company long-term With the right skills, your employees can drive value.
