    In this role, I was solely responsible for all aspects of a wide variety of events, from ten people to a thousand. I liaised with clients to understand their schedule, organised staffing to ensure that these timings were achieved, liaised with chefs to ensure that the food was prepared, and ensured that the bar was stocked with a relevant selection of drinks. During the events, I was the point of contact for the client, and as such had to deal with a wide variety of issues and questions they had for me. I also participated in client visits, conducting menu-tastings and tours for prospective clients, again appearing as the face of the operations team to answer any questions they may had in the hope of securing an event booking.
