As a Regional Director at Effective School Solutions, I lead a team of behavioral health professionals who provide innovative and evidence-based interventions to students with emotional and behavioral challenges. I have over 18 years of experience in working with adolescents and adults in various settings, including schools, community agencies, and private practice. My core competencies include treatment planning, crisis management, staff supervision, and program development. I am also a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have a passion for human services and a mission to improve the mental health and well-being of the youth I serve.
