Serve as the firm’s first Firm Administrator, directing finance, HR, technology, operations, and compliance for a boutique law firm. Establish foundational processes, modernize administrative infrastructure, and improve organizational efficiency.
Provided strategic guidance by overseeing day-to-day operations, including all human resources and finance functions, at a mid-sized law firm until firm closure in November 2025. Oversaw the office’s administrative activities and workflows as a key member of local office management at the 7th largest U.S. law firm. Supervised ~35 staff members. On-site human resources manager, including employee relations and performance management of exempt and non-exempt employees. Monitored and enhanced office performance and served as a liaison between firm and local management.
Orchestrated all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition and management, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, manager coaching, benefits administration, and legal compliance for a privately held, multi-state SaaS company headquartered in New Haven, CT.
Oversaw human resources strategy, operations, facilities, and office administration as a key member of Meda’s Executive Leadership Team (a non-profit organization dedicated to minority business development). Led multiple large-scale projects, including two organizational restructures, a compensation and benefits analysis, and a top-to-bottom redesign of the performance review and reward processes.
Overhauled the interview and onboarding process, in addition to managing the talent acquisition process, as Meda’s first HR professional. Played an instrumental role in driving organization’s five-year strategic framework and establishing annual goals and KPIs.
