Supervise a team comprised of 10+ Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, and Contract Staff responsible for recruiting 800+ Claims Professionals, Leaders, and Support Roles annually. Other accountabilities and responsibilities include: -Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-performance levels. -Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement. -Partner with workforce management and training to forecast and plan team’s capacity and ensure appropriate timelines are in place to achieve hiring goals -HR Collaborator for the Pacific Workplace Community since December 2022, playing a key role in planning and executing the community launch. This involved tasks such as influencer selection, kickoff event planning, strategy development, and reporting. Ongoing responsibilities include talent optimization, teambuilding, event planning, succession planning, and data generation/analytics -PWN ERG leadership, including serving as the lead for Women’s History Month and Annual Member Meeting planning in March 2024 continuing through 2025.
Oversee a team of 12+ full-cycle Sales Recruiters focused on sourcing and hiring top talent for our Field Sales/Exclusive Agent group in the Midwest Region (IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, NE, WI), Central Region (TX, LA, OK, MO), Mountain Region (AZ, CO, NM, UT, NV) and Pacific Region (CA, ID, OR, WA, HI, MT).
Lead, coach and manage a team of 8+ recruiting coordinators & representatives responsible for supporting full life cycle recruiting across Liberty Mutual. Oversight of improving and ensuring the performance, productivity and efficiency of recruiting support operations.
Directly oversee full cycle recruiting for 13+ Luxury Hotels, Conference Centers and Unique Venues. Includes: sourcing strategy, job posting creation, interviewing, scheduling, offer & salary negotiations, and employment branding.
-Performs phone screens on daily basis for most departments and positions -Perform reference checking for final candidates for all departments - Administers and maintains records for drug test results, background and reference checks -Posts open positions to external job boards daily -Create external ads for posting - Maintain and update all required logs including, but not limited to: open requisitions, recycled candidates, additions to headcount, replacements, and rescinded requisitions daily - Maintain records on recruiting activities as required - Recruitment, onboarding and record keeping of all internship programs
