Lead SMG’s growth across federal agencies and enterprise programs by shaping indirect channel strategy, winning specs with A&E partners, and delivering turnkey sound masking and architectural acoustics solutions that meet performance, design, and compliance goals. What I Do • Own federal and enterprise go-to-market: opportunity targeting, capture, pricing, and proposal development across multi-site programs. • Drive an indirect sales model with manufacturers’ rep/VAR partners and national AV integrators and national/global players. • Serve as primary interface to client executives, PMs, facility leaders, and A&E teams aligning scope, schedule, and budget from concept through install. • Coordinate specification and submittals with architects/engineers; translate acoustical performance requirements (NRC, STC, dB targets) into buildable solutions. • Oversee compliance on federal pursuits: FAR flow-downs, BAA/TAA, NAICS alignment, cybersecurity/vendor onboarding requirements, and GSA positioning. • Guide deployment planning: layout, coverage modeling for sound masking, panel selection, finishes, and field conditions; manage installers and commissioning.
