United States
With over 16 years of professional experience across healthcare operations, medical technology sourcing, international trade, regulated products, and cross-border distribution, I have built my career through a China–U.S.–China–U.S. path with a practical focus on execution and long-term partnerships. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in International Trade from Fudan University in China, followed by a Master of Science in Regulatory Science from University of Southern California. After completing graduate studies in May 2009, I returned to China and spent several months settling back into the local healthcare and supply chain environment before beginning my first full-time role. In November 2009, I joined Siemens Healthineers in Shanghai, China. I first worked as a Trade Logistics and Operations Specialist from November 2009 to December 2013, building hands-on experience in supplier communication, documentation, procurement support, logistics follow-up, inventory reporting, and healthcare operations. In January 2014, I was promoted to Trade Logistics and Operations Manager, Asia-Pacific, a broader manager-level role that I held until December 2018, with responsibility for regional coordination, vendor management, process improvement, documentation discipline, and cross-functional execution. After leaving Siemens Healthineers in 2018, I relocated to Irvine, California and founded Aurelia Medical Technologies in 2019. Today, the company focuses on medical aesthetic device import, distribution, supplier partnerships, regulatory-documentation support, product selection, and market development for dermatology clinics, plastic surgery practices, medical spas, wellness providers, and healthcare distributors across North America.
Built and led a specialized medical device import and distribution company serving aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, medical spas, distributors, and health retail channels across the United States. Developed supplier partnerships with international manufacturers and supported the U.S. distribution of FDA-compliant medical aesthetic products, laser systems, radiofrequency platforms, body-contouring systems, and advanced skincare technologies. Managed supplier sourcing, regulatory documentation support, cross-border logistics, distributor relationships, inventory planning, product selection, and U.S. market development.
Promoted into a manager-level role within the same company after more than four years of hands-on execution experience. Managed supplier coordination, procurement planning, trade documentation, shipment follow-up, inventory visibility, vendor communication, and cross-functional support for regulated healthcare and medical technology product categories. Worked with internal business units, suppliers, logistics partners, compliance stakeholders, and regional operations teams to improve process discipline, documentation accuracy, cost awareness, and execution consistency.
Started the first full-time China role in an execution-focused position after returning from graduate study in the United States. Supported supplier communication, purchase documentation, order follow-up, logistics coordination, inventory updates, operational reporting, and routine healthcare technology workflow support. Built a practical foundation in regulated product processes, trade documentation, vendor follow-up, cross-functional communication, and disciplined daily execution, which created a natural promotion path in January 2014.
