My educational background includes a B.B.A in HR Management & Organizational Behaviour, with a double major in Conflict Resolution. I am a certified mediator and facilitator. With a focus on employee training, development, content creation, and instructional design, I bring proven expertise to drive positive outcomes in the workplace. Outside of my professional roles, I am a wedding & event calligrapher showcasing creativity and attention to detail. Passionate about mental wellness, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), teamwork, leadership, and fostering creativity, I am eager to contribute to dynamic and forward-thinking teams.
I spearhead the company's new employee onboarding process while also contributing to the development of other training programs. Additionally, I bring extensive experience as a seasoned and proficient facilitator, course designer and mediator.
Responsible for providing a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for student borders ages 11-18. This role includes mentoring, supporting and building relationships with students living in our building. Sometimes this is taking a drive to the park, other times this is sitting with them in difficult moments and empowering them to make difficult decisions.
JDC West is the most prestigious undergraduate business competition in Western Canada. The competition is a three-day event that showcases academics, athletics, debate, and an out-of-the-box social competition. University of Winnipeg is one school out of the top twelve premier post-secondary institutions across Western Canada. While on the team, my role included that of a delegate, as well as the added responsibility of team photographer, and skit co-coordinator.
