Wattle Park, South Australia, Australia
With a strong background in psychology, human behaviour, and athlete wellbeing, I am passionate about supporting athletes to thrive both personally and professionally. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Human Behaviour and Applied Research, and have completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Athlete Wellbeing & Management through ACPE. I work within the AFL industry as a Player Development Manager, supporting athletes across areas including wellbeing, personal growth, career and education, and professional development. My work focuses on helping athletes navigate the demands of elite sport while building the skills, habits, and support systems needed to succeed both on and off the field. I am particularly passionate about athlete wellbeing, mental fitness, leadership development, athlete transition, and creating person first environments that allow athletes to perform at their best. With a collaborative approach and strong commitment to ongoing learning, I am driven to contribute positively to high-performance sporting environments that value both wellbeing and performance.
Partnering with the AFL/Movember we work with community football clubs and schools across Adelaide to deliver impactful, mental health workshops to help build resilience within young athletes and spread mental health awareness through out the community
