Assists the Director of Business Development on liaison development and training. Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources on behalf of Silverado Supportive Care and Hospice, meeting sales quota and conversion ratio requirements. Utilizes CRM system to help track referrals and accounts. Promote and position Silverado’s programs and services to medical professional, civic, and community through regular visits in a manner that illustrates and reflects Silverado’ quality of care and value.

Responsible for managing all aspects of the patient intake process including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources and responding to customer requests and concerns. Also manages the insurance verification and authorization process. Schedules appropriate staff to meet with patients/families to discuss hospice services in a timely manner. General admission coordination, including coordinating hospital discharges. Data entry, including keeping all admission tracking logs up-to-date
