• Was part of Accenture Security Consulting Team, and Responsible for delivering Technical Services in Security Solutions, which includes Advisory, Planning, Design, Implementation for customers on multiple Security devices Cisco, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Juniper, F5 etc. • Providing Tier-2 MSS (Managed Security Service) support to Global Accenture Network (more than 34 sites). • Configuration and troubleshooting on Cisco ASA firewalls, Firepower Firewalls/IPS, Fortigate, Nexus, F5, Juniper Netscreen. • 24/7 support for various Enterprise level customers. • Firewall migration, Switch migrations, Data Center migration – migrated multiple firewalls from one vendor to another, Nexus Switch Migartion, Data Center swing from one location to another location. • VPN Migration – Implemented ASA VPN Box in multiple locations and migrated over 400+ VPN from MPLS or newly built. • Load Balancer Migration Migrated all the Configuration and VIP’s from Cisco ACE to F5
• Deployment/ Troubleshooting of Various Network issues at client site. • Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS 1800/2600/3600 Routers, Cisco Layer2/3switch 2960/3560/3750/4500/6500 • Knowledge of how network devices authenticate through RADIUS, TACACS servers& AAA services. • Complete and clear documentation of all reported incidents and tasks being worked on and resolved. • Communicate with internal customers and vendors via telephone (or email as required) during troubleshooting, resolution, TAC cases & follow-up. • Communicate the status of all business-impacting issues to team members and management as required. • Managing Network Security Projects; Implementation and Testing. • Creating/ Documenting NIP (Network Implementation) of newly designed infra. • NRFU Testing post Deployment • Be available weekly 24/7 (On-Call) to respond to any emergencies and perform regularly scheduled maintenance. • Co-ordination with other teams in case of critical Network problems & manage escalations support for Security and Network projects. • Active participation in Client Meetings and Technical presentations to various customers.
