But here's what I'm most proud of: 70%+ recommendation acceptance rate and 4.5+/5 trust score on financial decisions. Building trust in AI isn't about fancy models. It's about: Understanding what users actually need (not just what they ask for) Designing conversational flows that feel human, not robotic Reducing latency from 30s to <20s because every second erodes confidence Knowing when to connect users to human experts instead of forcing AI-only solutions I'm a PM who builds.
