      Global Home Delivery Readiness Home Delivery is a major “acceleration” opportunity for McDonald’s to redefine convenience for business and drive profitable, incremental guest count growth. McDonald’s is working with UberEats and other third party delivery partners (like Delivery Hero, Glovo, Yandex etc.) to define the operating model that minimizes store disruption and optimizes overall customer experience, with standard systems that integrate McDonald’s existing POS & Menu solutions. Home Delivery solution is a ‘Full Third Party Ordering Integration Service’, where an automated method designed and developed pass the order directly to Point of Sales (POS). It will provide a real time, scalable and fully integrated solution between UberEats and McDonald’s. This method will also provide a framework for other potential 3rd party delivery partners Project Phases: The following phases are envisioned for this project Phase 3: Full ‘Home Delivery’ Integration Service Automated method to pass the order directly to POS. It will provide a real time, scalable and fully integrated solution between Home Delivery System and McDonald’s. High level features: 1.
