1. Deliver Annual Revenue Targets of more than 1.10 cr. 2. Reporting every activity to the Director of the Company. 3. Formulate and implement strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans & see all necessary activities to fulfil strategic objectives of the company. 4. Identify, establish and maintain a network of corporates, HNI contacts, coordinating with the CEO's, COO's, CFO, CXO's, T.A. etc to provide them support & ensuring good relationships with them . 5. Managing the existing clients professionally in order to develop profitable and growing business day to day. 6. Work closely with colleagues & handling a Team of 15 employees in marketing operations, Business development, & Support Executives, so as to provide commercial input to Business decisions. 7. Develop and deliver business development strategies for existing clients and new prospects, through seminars, exhibitions, & workshops with the help of B.D. team. 8. Work towards building the overall strength and performance of the sales and marketing team and the company. 9. Identify opportunities in new verticals / industries for expansion.
