About

👋 Hi, I’m Ashley. At Artemis, I partner with founders, boards, and venture firms to hire executives and senior leaders for scaling tech companies across North America. In less than five years, I’ve closed $20M+ in annual salaries. I’m most effective when I’m embedded as a thought partner to founders and hiring leaders, and as a trusted sounding board to the best operators in tech. Alongside search, I lead brand and content at Artemis, from our newsletter, salary guides, to ecosystem storytelling. Shameless plug: we've been featured in Betakit, Bloomberg, CBC, Forbes, The Globe + Mail, Tech Thursday, and The Logic. Areas I’m especially excited about: • Executive and senior hiring for product, engineering, design, and GTM • Venture-backed and scaling tech across Canada and the U.S. • Compensation strategy, org design, and hiring for “first of” or net-new leadership roles Pre-tech, I lectured at the University of Waterloo, Humber College, and Durham College, led complex granting and business development projects in government, and co-founded The Womxn, a community elevating women. Outside of work, I can be found lifting heavy things, on my paddle board, or slinging vintage goodies.
