Currently, I work in the car rental industry, handling front desk operations, customer service, and daily branch activities. I focus on ensuring smooth operations, resolving customer issues quickly, and supporting the overall performance of the branch. Before this, I spent several years in restaurant management, where I led teams, managed daily operations, and delivered consistent customer experiences in fast-paced environments. I enjoy working in hands-on roles where I can stay close to customers, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly. I’m now looking to grow into a more senior operations or branch management role in the UAE.
