Earlier in my career, I was a founding member of Publicis Sapient’s AI + Data Practice, where I spearheaded go-to-market strategies in data and AI, partnering with C-suite executives, agencies, and industry leaders to solve complex business challenges with innovative, transformative solutions. Led transformation to a data-led approach to embrace data as an asset within a global point of service (POS) product company. Built data and AI practice with global team of 200, including data scientists and analysts working with clients in retail, CPG, and financial services to enhance growth, increase sales, and streamline manufacturing. Selected Accomplishments: • Identified opportunities and developed transformation solutions in data and artificial intelligence across industries complimenting NCR products. • Created both an internal and external web presence for data and AI, to reposition NCR from a legacy to a futuristic POS brand. Trained Sales and marketing teams to treat data as an asset, how to include it in conversations that empower clients to embrace change. • Led governance of data that elevated client experience in a 3P cookie less world while avoiding data breaches. • Developed monetization business plan to create additional revenue of $84M over 7 years. Requested to speak at the National Restaurant Association show on how to develop data strategy from scratch, the tools and technology available at minimal cost, and the potential impact on processes, productivity and efficiency.

Collaborated with broad range of industry vertical teams, data, media, and marketing group agencies in developing client solutions that utilize emerging technologies for the development and application of data + AI solutions in business transformation, operational excellence, and improved customer experiences. Selected Accomplishments: • Directed comparison of top down and bottom-up approach that focused on specific revenue opportunities present and those that could be benchmarked against competitors validating pricing and growth estimates. • Analyzed growth rate for comparable firms over 6 years and projections based on findings. Identifying tools, techniques and technology that could be sewn together to accelerate the path to success. • Created and implemented 3 application development models explored with strategies and outcome. • Led analysis of multiple approaches, competitor profiling and revenue projections and go-to market recommendations based on displacing competition, and creation of a new industry displacing human capital resulting in $250M in revenue over 6 years. Served as panelist at AI Summit on business disruptions through AI; selected speaker at Adobe Learning Summit on AI’s impact on Learning; wrote article on how US retailers are monetizing their data, increasing company’s strategic edge and becoming known as a Though Leader in AI solutions.
