M.S. Electrical Engineering candidate at the University of Houston focused on embedded hardware development, PCB-based prototyping, and system bring-up/debug. I enjoy taking a concept from wiring and schematics to a working prototype, then validating behavior through structured testing and instrumentation. My work spans PCB and embedded prototyping, power and signal conditioning, and sensor/actuator integration, plus control software development on Raspberry Pi (Python) and embedded platforms like ESP32. I’m comfortable in the lab using scopes and DMMs to isolate faults, resolve noise/communication issues, and stabilize systems. Previously, I supported the US market in a customer-facing engineering role where I drove technical issues from first report to resolution and coordinated across teams to close the loop. Seeking Summer 2026 internship/co-op opportunities in Embedded Hardware / Electronics Design. Available to start May 15, 2026.
Resolved ~25 hardware/software tickets per week using structured troubleshooting and guided diagnostics while maintaining a 2-day average resolution time Coordinated escalations through closure by managing RMA/repairs, warranty decisions, and shipping logistics while keeping customers and stakeholders aligned Developed a database-driven Notion operating system for the Voice of Customer (VoC) program by converting interactions into tracked action items and timelines Translated customer feedback into actionable defects and feature requests by running the VoC program while onboarding 5 customers in the first month Led a 6-person VoC team by setting cadence, assigning owners, and driving follow-ups with internal teams Trained 20+ customers by designing and delivering a customer training program while enabling internal teammates on the new training platform
Supported technical customer requirements and solution fitment by coordinating product specs, applications, and constraints with internal teams Managed stakeholder communication and project follow-ups to keep execution on schedule and reduce delays
Assisted in technical customer support and requirements gathering while learning industrial systems and field workflows
