-Part of the core product team for building & launching S&P Global Mobility flagship products related to Connected Mobility, Electric Vehicles, and Autonomous Driving -Topics covered: Headunits, Telematics, Over-the-Air (OTA) Updates, Voice Assistants, Subscription-based services, Automotive Cloud, Sensors, EV Charging, and Data Monetization

-To conduct research on ICT & TMT sectors (on technologies like 4G, 5G, LTE, 3D Printing, connected devices, Internet of Things (IoT), Smart Devices, Wearables, Autonomous Vehicles, etc.) by gathering accurate and relevant information from relevant and qualified sources. -To understand and analyze invention disclosures to identify technologically novel aspects of the invention passed by the multi-vendor client. -To scan relevant databases, the internet, and other resources to find out if a similar technology exists. -Present and review study results through focused deliverables, initial findings, and methodology statements. -To map out the key features of the invention/new technology with those of the most comparable technology to identify significant differences that could support the research findings. -Analytical assessment of patent portfolio data and transformation into actionable intelligence. -Prior Art Search, Invalidity & Validity Search, Claim Mapping, Infringement Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Freedom to Operate (FTO) Analysis.
-Assist and take ownership related to prior art searches (patentability, invalidity), performing infringement studies, Freedom to Operate, Landscape Studies and preparing concerned reports related to patent or portfolio of patents, technical authoring, and looking after matters related to patent triage (categorization etc.) -Preparation of Claim Charts indicating Claim-Product Mappings that serves as evidence for Infringement concerning matters thereby assisting attorneys in patent litigation proceedings -To assist clients by making customized taxonomies, specific to their needs, that help them make critical decisions regarding patent/asset acquisitions, patent/asset licensing opportunities. -Patent Licensing & Litigation Support Service: Mapping of the product with a patent and overlap analysis for the same (Claim to Product Mapping/EOU), Preparing Product List, Portfolio Analysis, Asset Tagging/Technology Tagging.
