I’m also passionate about topics like mental wellbeing, personal finance, and architecture. In 2022, my wife and I took on the challenge of renovating a 1900s home south of Aarhus. With no updates in over 30 years, we’ve transformed it into a beautiful space inspired by classic styles like Neo-Renaissance and Neoclassicism. Through the process, I’ve sharpened my skills in project management, hands-on craftsmanship, and design – and gained a deep appreciation for quality and detail. I work primary with fashion, interior and non-food importers who want more control over their freight and supply chain setup. Most companies I meet don’t actually have a transport problem - they have a structure problem. Their setup is built around how forwarders operate, not how their own business runs. That typically leads to three things: – Lack of control and constant firefighting – Hidden costs in freight and sourcing – Too much dependency on a few fixed solutions My role is to challenge that setup and rebuild it around the company’s actual flow of goods, volumes and commercial priorities. I primarily work with: – Freight and landed cost optimization – Supply chain structure and flexibility – Aligning logistics with sourcing and buying strategy
I work with supply, inventory and distribution across the textile and fashion value chain. Through my network in Bangladesh and Asia, I get access to larger off-market inventory positions - often surplus production or cancelled orders from buyers. These volumes are placed into wholesale and outlet channels across Europe and international markets. For buyers, this typically means: – Access to volume at the right price – Opportunities that are not publicly available – Faster decisions on ready-to-move goods For brands and producers: – A way to release tied-up capital – Monetize excess production without disrupting primary channels I stay involved from sourcing to delivery — making sure pricing, freight and timing actually work in practice. This is not a catalogue business. It’s opportunity-driven.

I led strategic initiatives for product development on Maersk' LCL product - Utilization, Maersk own consolidation network, gateway performance, and the development of tools that drive efficiency and growth. My biggest achievements and highlights in this role: - Reporting to Global Transported by Maersk LCL Product Manager - (CEO -3) - Doubling the growth of Maersk own consolidations from 400 to 800+ lanes in 2 years. - Monthly broadcast communication to product community. - Driving a high growth ratio - Supporting commercial teams on strategy & solutions for global accounts. - Turning ambitions & ideas into product vision and product roadmap. - Leading developments & Initiatives supported by tech & Data Analyst teams. - Reciever of Maersk Star Award 2024
I had the privilege to scale the LCL product in Nordic countries (DK, SE, NO, FI, LT, LV, EE) after Damco International were integrated under Maersk brand. I had full product & PNL responsibility and reported to the Maersk Nordics Leadership team. One of the main success drivers were my background from sales, why I understood the importance of a stable, competitive and confident product to sell. I was heavily involved in new acquisitions, pipeline management, marketing, operational excellence, procurement & pricing. Most importantly, I had a very fun time being on the journey of the rapid growth and creating the fundamentals for the Nordic LCL product. - Product management - Collabroation with business stakeholders - Grew volume by 300% in 2022. - Scaled the direct consolidations from 5 to 50 lanes in 2,5 year. - Built a solid product team across countries with direct reports. - Responsible to deliver ROFO and budget.
