CERN Physicist, Particle Tracker and Finder, Organizer of the "Tracking Machine Learning Challenge" on kaggle/codalab. Creator and project lead of ACTS, a detector agnostic tracking software ecosystem. I am enthusiastic about developing new approaches for complex problems with a long standing experience of leading mid and large scale projects, both in the scientific sector and as a software architect or designer. For the ATLAS experiment, I have created alternative fast simulation methods and progressive machine learning based approaches and published those. I have been leading several groups in our collaboration.
