As a Regional IT engineer at United Bank limited I managed IT infrastructure of the branches and provide Technical Support to users. In this role i support Branches to solve technical poblems related to systems , applications , windows Administration , Domain controller, Active Directory. Also i manage and configure Networking of branches including managing cisco switches (C1300,C1000,Cisco 3750,Cisco 2960),juniper switches(ex2200). Moreover i also ensure the security of each system by implementing Cisco end point and Cisco umbrella. 1.Responsible to Manage and ensure all PC and system-related requests are responded to in a timely manner and that issues are resolved. 2.Improve system uptime by arranging periodic health checks and initiating requisitions for new systems or accessories in a timely manner. 3.Responsible for building and configuring new hardware, as well as installing and updating software. 4.Evaluate system performance to ensure optimal functionality. 5.Manage the Change Management Process to ensure smooth transitions and updates. 6.Repair personal computers, organization computers, and servers to keep systems operational. 7.Create and maintain computer networks. 8.Specialize in server and telecommunication repair, system administration, data recovery, programming, and information systems. 9.Repair issues such as incorrect settings, viruses, spyware. 10. OS Installations, upgrades, deployment, maintenance hardware & Software’s support. 11. Daily SOD/EOD support to branches including Year-end and half year support . 12. Coordination with vendors for hardware repairing, part replacement & warranty claim. 13. Ensuring IS Compliance thus only authorized software and tools are used. 14. HO Compliance 24 X 7 support activity. 15. Branch IT infrastructure revamping, Branch/Back offices Network, IP Phone deployment, ATM, Hajj operation and other IT related Supports. 16. Also configure and install Cisco IP Phones in branches.
