• To coordinate the work and the action plan of the Training Office • To have overview of the TPÖÇG training system • To ensure that Training Office and Trainers’ Community work in line with the TPÖÇG and TPÖÇG Training Office’s Mission, Vision and Values • To ensure high quality trainings and transparency of the Training Office’s work • To develop and ensure sustainability of TPÖÇG Trainers’ Community and system • To manage the training agenda in TPÖÇG events • Schedule and facilitate Training Office regular meetings • Manage and support the work of the Training Office • Being involved in communication of the Training Office with both external entities and TPÖÇG teams • Providing support, opportunities and feedback to the Trainers’ Community and Pool • Compiling and disseminating the Training Office newsletter “Training Express” • Ensuring the process of needs analysis, evaluation and follow-up of trainings at TPÖÇG events • Coordinating trainings at the Joint Executive Board & University Representatives Meeting • Creating and implementing the training agenda of the Train the Trainers Sumer School • Taking care of documentation and archiving of the Training Office practices
