Grants Administrator | Turning Data into Action at the Apprenticeship Readiness Fund

Los Angeles Metropolitan Area

About

I believe that the most effective workforce systems are those where technical precision meets a deep commitment to social equity. With a background in Science, Technology, and Society (STS) from Cal Poly Pomona, I don’t just see grants or data points. I see vital socio-technical systems that, when designed correctly, drive regional innovation and sustainable career pathways in the union trades. As a Grants Administrator, I operate at the intersection of systemic change and operational excellence. My work focuses on connecting intricate policies with practical, on-the-ground implementation. In my current role I specialize in the strategic oversight of High Roads Construction Careers (HRCC) initiatives as well as High Road Training Partnerships (HRTP), where I focus on building robust, scalable workforce channels through genuine collaboration with labor unions, employers, and community based organizations. Throughout my career, I have consistently served as the technology anchor for my teams. I find deep professional fulfillment in ensuring that our data serves the mission, not the other way around. I build the technical systems that allow for clear tracking and reporting, ensuring our programs are accountable and effective, in addition to raising funds.
