Aryan is an Associate at Trilegal with the General Corporate, Strategic M&A and Private Equity group in New Delhi. He has assisted in representing clients in mergers & acquisitions, pre-IPO offers for sale, asset purchase, private equity and venture capital transactions, regulatory advisory and corporate due diligences. He started his career in July 2023 at Saraf and Partners with the General Corporate, M&A, and Regulatory Practices group. He regularly assisted in private equity transactions and corporate-regulatory advisory for Indian and foreign clients of the firm. Aryan is a graduate of the Class of 2023 at the National Law University, Jodhpur. At law school, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Indian Journal of Arbitration Law and the Executive Head at the Academic Support & Literary Committee. He was an awardee at leading moot court and negotiation competitions in India and overseas. Aryan regularly coached fellow students at law school for various competitions in corporate, commercial and arbitration laws. He is admitted to practise law in India, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2023. The EIC has the ultimate responsibility of ensuring efficient operation of the Board of Editors and timely publication of each issue of IJAL. The EIC finally determines whether selected manuscripts are fit for publication and conducts the final review of the manuscripts. In addition, the EIC supervises and appraises the work of all the other editors and is the final decision making authority for all matters pertaining to IJAL. The EIC is also the ex-officio Convenor of the Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law (CARTAL). (Volumes 10 & 11) ijal.in
Senior Content Editors are responsible for the final content review of manuscripts before they are published. They are also supervisors of editorial performance of Associate and Copy Editors and are supposed to provide detailed feedback to them. (Volume 10, Issue 1)
Editorial assignments include initial reviews of manuscripts & accepting manuscripts for publication. Associate Editorship requires the work of Copy Editors to be overseen & supervised. (Volume 9)
