- Curated and organized two chapters of the annual independent TEDx conferences with 100 attendees and 6 speakers from diverse and distinct backgrounds - Conceptualized and designed abstract ideas, built plans along with the team. - Managed administrative logistics of conference planning, including contract signing, fee collection, event booking and event promotions. - Developed status reports on activities related to planning, scheduling, cancellation, inquiries, resourcing, risk mitigation and proposal development for our annual and salon events. - Worked in partnering with various organizations for sponsorships and collaborations.
During 1 month of the internship experience, worked in the Automotive Horn-Manufacture department as a Product development Intern Trainee. Also, worked in the Metrology department as a Calibration Engineer Intern Trainee and acquired a piece of great knowledge of the manufacturing process and calibration techniques during my internship period. I had two missions to be accomplished during my intern, - The proper assembly and package of different horn parts to be integrated. - Calibration of different instruments and providing a detailed report on them.
