Currently, I'm employed in an IT company that provides services to the energy industry and helps them maintain their existing customers as well as creating new ones. Also, I have studied some business administration courses in order to acquire some more skills for my professional career development and improve my knowledge of what I do best: analyze and help my clients make the right decision when needed. Skills & experience: - Support requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, scope definition, requirements definition, functional design, testing, and implementation using different tools. - Demonstrate business requirement to a technical configuration. - I conduct and QA test all modules of PeopleCore HRIS and other technical items to identify and fix bugs, errors, and additional potential issues. - I make it a point to attend the weekly calibration meeting, testing, and training program to improve my SAQA capacity and knowledge base. - Overall, I do UAT, testing, and identify issues in PeopleCore HRIS deployed base system, uncovering bugs, documentation, and communicating my results to my Lead, Seniors, and Project Managers. - Communication with my SAQA team, my supervisor, the development team, clients, and other stakeholders is one of my tasks. - Worked with Power BI report design and development. - Managing and handling SAQA Department Team Direction, Delegating Task, resolving issues, creating monthly reporting (dashboard) Monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports and ad hoc presentation to support the business development. - Execute regression testing. - Used Selenium IDE to test faster and efficiently. - Handled HRIS System and Lead biggest projects in the Philippines. - Creation of execution Testcases, User Guide, CRS, Process Flow, Simplified process flow, (Timeline WBS) - Planning and execution of Agile Sprints - Execute select procedures to test and trace easily.
