- Own end-to-end product roadmap for IBM Bob, driving the vision of building the best agentic SDLC partner for enterprise users. - Drive adoption of IBM Bob both inside IBM and in the market. - Product vision and roadmap execution towards delivering measurable client value. - Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Executives of the business unit on strategic direction and go-to-market.
- Joined IBM Bob ahead of product launch — deliberately chose to first contribute as architect and engineer to build deep technical fluency in the product before stepping into the PM seat. - Contributed to the productization of different Bob components as architect and hands-on software engineer. - Acted as the bridge between Development and Product — translating customer and sales input into roadmap priorities, working with engineering leads, PMs and IBM executives.
- Offering Champion for AWS AI across IBM's Hybrid Cloud & Data service line — owned go-to-market for AWS AI offerings, drove sales pipeline, enabled consultants, and provided technical leadership. - Lead Architect for the Daimler Trucks after-sales IT program — designed and scaled a large microservices architecture on AWS Kubernetes, leading a program of multiple software engineering teams (~50 consultants) to implement new after-sales application suite. - Delivered the global rollout of new after-sales application suite to 5,000 retailers worldwide — zero downtime, with significantly higher user acceptance than the legacy solution. - Introduced agentic AI into program delivery and drove team-wide adoption of agentic coding tools (IBM Consulting Advantage, GitHub Copilot) and new ways of working. - Build proof-of-concepts to introduce agentic AI into the new after-sales solution. - Mentored and coached senior developers into team lead and architect roles.
- Advise C-level leadership of an early-stage (seed) startup democratizing fragrance creation through the first user-generated fragrance platform. - Focus areas: Enterprise AI and agentic architecture, AI technical strategy, the conversational fragrance-building product. - Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and fellow advisory board members on a recurring cadence.
