Millennium Offshore Services (MOS) was established in 2007 as Start-up Business to manage a fleet of 7 multi-service offshore jack-up rigs. Being the founder HR Manager and core start-up team member, my role was strategic HR Management, developing policies & system to facilitate organization growth which includes all facets of HR Management from Recruitment, Onboarding, Training & Certification of Offshore crew, Crew movement globally, Policy administration, Legal compliance, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Separation and to motivate multi-cultural team to run worldwide operations adapting to the safety and employment norms for offshore marine operations. Handled acquisition and sale of assets with live contracts. Managed HR for simultaneous operations in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, KSA, UAE, Singapore and Australia / Timor Leste (Dili). Millenium OffShore Services acquired SeaFox in 2014, and continues operations under the SeaFox brand name.
Head of HR & Admin Dept. of a start-up EPC business -shipyard for turnkey offshore rig construction & IRM services, focusing on strategic HR Management, development of policies & process for the fast-paced development of business. Lead recruitment campaign to add 600 employees to the rolls and on-boarding within a span of one year
Played as HR Business Partner to the Offshore Division (Mansal Offshore) to support restructuring of the BU and spin it off as an independent business entity. Created independent HR strategies and policies for the Offshore division, employee retention strategies, managed HR functions and participated in the sale process from due diligence to transfer of employees to the new owners of the Offshore Rigs. Later promoted as Group Staffing Manager in 2004 with the responsibility to create strategic recruitment function to manage staffing needs for 7 Business Divisions centrally. Functioned as Facilitator of Change Management Program “Mannai Way”, and lead Employee Engagement activities for the 7 divisions of the Corporation.
