About

I am an in-house counsel with over 12 years of legal experience in IT contracts, data protection, and compliance. I work for Publicis Re:Sources, a leading communication group that provides shared services to its agencies worldwide. My mission is to deliver high-quality legal advice and support to the global IT procurement team and the agencies on various legal matters, such as intellectual property, data privacy, and compliance. As part of my role, I draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of IT contracts with third parties, such as MSA AI, NDA, EULA, POC, SaaS, SLA, and GT&C. I coordinate legal topics with colleagues from IT procurement and other departments, and ensure that the contracts are aligned with the company's policies, standards, and best practices. I also hold two international certificates from the University of Cambridge that attest to my proficiency in legal and financial English. I enjoy working in a dynamic and multicultural environment, where I can leverage my skills in legal compliance, insurance law, and contract law, and contribute to the success of the company and its clients.
