My background in mental health recovery support, real estate, and client-facing roles have shown me that my strengths are communication, building trust and a developing a person-centered plan. - Assisted with marketing promotion of the growing practice with 6 therapists by handing out and posting flyers throughout San Diego. - Contacted potential referral partners at universities’ counseling centers throughout California. - Conducted the initial screening interview with intern-applicants, including scheduling the meeting, created a structured template of discovery questions, as well as summarizing my insights and recommendation of the applicant.
