An annual event under FKMHII Region II, successfully assisted in implementing three key events in JSF: an online talkshow, JSF session, and the closing ceremony, all centered around the theme "Peran Pemuda Indonesia dalam Upaya Pemerataan di Bumi Cendrawasih untuk Indonesia Emas 2045." Crafted compelling sponsorship proposals, securing three strategic partnerships, while collaborating with the core team to allocate and optimize the event budget efficiently.
Representing IR UPH student to attend the Indonesian International Relations Student National Meeting. We discussed on the Standard Operating Procedure on FKMHII in general and discussed on specific issue on helping IR students in Papua region gets the government attention through soft approach. FKMHII region 2 offers JSF 2024 as the solution.
Managed funds and controlled the budget for HMPS-HI UPH operations, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources. Supervised, coordinated, and led the organization, serving as the Steering Committee for 17 work programs across 7 departments. Collaborated with the Entrepreneurship Department to create and implement effective fundraising strategies, driving financial support for key initiatives.
An annual gathering event under HMPS-HI UPH, arranged accommodations and collaborated with the core team to ensure efficient budget allocation, while ensuring all event requirements were met seamlessly for a smooth and successful execution.
Developed and executed high-impact strategies to maximize fundraising efforts and drive revenue growth with a total of 12 (twelve) million rupiah from selling food and drinks in a span of 8 month.
An annual event from FKMHII, Joint Statement Forum is a unique platform designed to unite diverse perspectives and voices through policy recommendations aimed at addressing specific issues. The outcome of the forum is a draft communiqué, which is submitted to relevant stakeholders as a national policy consideration. I represented UPH alongside my partner, together with 15 other delegates from 9 universities, in a two-day discussion on "Youth Matters: Strengthening Indonesia’s Role through Active Involvement." During the forum, we worked collaboratively to devise and implement solutions to the challenges presented, focusing on the theme "Efforts to Synergize Sustainable Development and Socio-Cultural Development in Facing the Challenges of Globalization in the ASEAN Region."
