o Created Alpha Cares, a full-featured childcare center administration software used by centers in over 40 cities, 22 states. Provided teacher resources such as classroom attendance tracking, and publication of newsletters. Administrative module tracked staff attendance and absence/substitute contacts. Dashboards allowed vital center information and reminders at-a-glance. o Led and directed offshore development team from India and Ukraine which resulted in modular code development that produced significant savings in developmental costs. o Translated business frustrations into viable technical solutions for Childcare Center Administrators, especially in the area of business logistics.
o Directed and managed all technology needs for Appelbaum Training Institute (ATI), the largest child care teacher training organization in the United States. o Architected and developed software for front-end registration system, ecommerce and online payment, and auto notification and confirmations. Backend system developed to manage and report KPI’s. o Architected and designed company backup strategy which utilized cost effective solutions. Developed all disaster recovery and business resumption plans for ATI.
