• Senior OT and systems integration role on Cross River Rail, spanning telecommunications and rail operational systems across design, systems integration and testing & commissioning phases, with regular interface across client, operator, delivery, field and vendor teams. • Led integration, commissioning, troubleshooting and operational testing activities within the Cross River Rail Super SI Lab across CCTV, PA, access control, networking, virtualised environments and rail operational systems. • Played a major role in Super SI Lab delivery activities, supporting planning input, procurement support, design resolution, rack integration, hardware installation, wiring, configuration, subsystem integration, formal testing and operational validation before field deployment. • Developed test plans, Inspection Test Records and field-executable test methods across CCTV/VMS, PA, access control and networked rail operational systems to improve test evidence quality and reduce rework. • Acted as project SME for CCTV and PA integration, including configuration, alarm triggers, VMS federation, operator workflows, field-of-view issues and functional specification gaps. • Supported PA design review and operational delivery, identifying cabling, microphone compatibility, trigger functionality, functional specification and operator usability issues before they impacted delivery. • Worked through interface, scope ownership and technical delivery issues between client, operator, vendors and field teams to keep testing and commissioning activities moving. • Mentored and supported junior engineers across integration planning, technical troubleshooting, testing documentation, system validation and operational readiness activities. • Bridged design, field delivery, suppliers, commissioning teams, operational users and client stakeholders to reduce integration risk and improve operational readiness outcomes.
