Finance and Investment: - Updated the valuations of 13 mn EUR worth of equity investments - Started a database with business contacts, investors, accelerators, and business events in Africa - Optimized the fee structure of the different types of funds based on the average time required per type Impact Assessment and Operational Efficiency: - Built a website allowing colleagues to analyze batches of grant reports (with ChatGPT, Salesforce, and Microsoft Graph) - Built a website where users enter a topic, and the website returns all related initiatives of the foundation (with ChatGPT and Salesforce) - Built the groundwork of a database that collects and updates the political stakeholders of the foundation (i.e., MPs, parliamentary committees, ministers, cabinet members, and heads of party research institutions) - Deployed two Azure Function Apps: automatically uploading financial data of individual funds to a larger database and recording when the foundation is referenced in parliament. The database with parliamentary references was then converted into a PowerBI dashboard with a custom visual that allows for easier searches - Improving the impact at TeleOnthaal: descriptive statistics and forecasting the number of calls per day
