As part of Builder Productivity, I led a team of software engineers responsible for evolving and operating the Backstage-based platform that centralizes all Builder information, tooling, and resources within Zalando, enabling Software Engineers & Applied Scientists (and their stakeholders) to find the information they need on their daily work.
I joined Zalando as part of the Rendering Engine team, building and maintaining the core of Interface Framework, collaborating with other platform teams on the department and across the company, providing support for the teams that build the Fashion Store experience, and keeping up high standards of people, performance and operational excellence. Also involved in promoting knowledge sharing via our Web Guild Meetup.
