I recently completed my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems. I have experience working across multiple roles, including construction, product analysis, and most recently as a student assistant case analyst at the Department of Managed Health Care, where I worked for 2 years and 7 months. I am actively seeking opportunities in IT and cybersecurity and am eager to continue learning, gain hands-on experience, and grow my technical skill set. I bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability, and I’m motivated to contribute while building a solid foundation in the tech field.
- Create new IMR and standard complaint cases and ensure case integrity in the CRM database for initial review processing. Analyze information received from consumer correspondence and prevent a breach of PHI. Generate and email Request for Health Plan Information and complaint documents received from enrollees to health plans. - Assist IMRB analysts with the management of medical records by communicating with enrollees and health plan representatives to obtain and verify accurate contact information. Analyze and redact PHI to post Independent Medical Review (IMR) decisions to the Department's website for public review. - Monitor ICB outgoing mailbox and Case Info mailbox which houses all communication from CRM and report any issues to lead or management.
