Led the development and execution of store layout strategies adapted to complex architectural conditions, including multi-level locations and tailored fixture systems, ensuring consistency with international format standards. A flagship example: the ALDI store in Born (Barcelona), a technically demanding project where architectural constraints were successfully transformed into an operationally efficient and customer-centric format. Introduced data-driven evaluation methods to measure project impact, including the implementation of the company’s first detailed checkout ticket database to analyze consumer behavior and correlate it with layout changes. Complemented this with external market data (e.g. Kantar panels) and in-store behavioral studies (heat maps, trolley tracking via Bluetooth, and customer movement analysis), enabling flow optimization, increased dwell time, and enhanced customer experience—including environmental elements such as in-store music.
