I was experienced to work as an M&E consultant and further pursue my career as an ACMV sub-contractor in Singapore. Thereafter, I am interested in looking for a position that able to further my growth and have exposure towards a challenging environment. This can be a position that allows me to constantly challenge and improve myself through cycle of continuous improvement. I consider myself as highly adaptable and flexible team-player who is willing to challenge myself as a project engineer in construction trade.
Involvement in: - Project Planning / Execution - Budgetary Control - ACMV Engineering Design / Submission - Site Management / Execution - Testing & Commissioning - Regulatory Approval / Inspection - Handover / Final Account
To work closely under main-contractor / consultant and responsible to handle ACMV services for project. As an ACMV sub-contractor, we are responsible in project planning and submission in regards to drawings & calculation which requires knowledge of Singapore Standard, such as SS 553 and etc. in order to ensure compliance to mandatory requirement and technical specification. Furthermore, involvement in site to monitor and coordination to ensure the site execution and implementation is in accordance to contract
To work closely in handling projects with appointed professional consultant team such as Architects, Civil & Structure engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Planners, Landscape Architects and specialist if any. As a professional, we are responsible to ensure that the project is in accordance with the planned/approved construction program. Furthermore, involvement in dealing with the building authority matters that which requires a keen understanding of Uniform by Law (UBBL), Malaysia Standard (MS), British Standard (BS), etc. – in order to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
