Providing sales administration support to the sales team, such as sales coordination, and order & invoice processing. Handle monthly stock take, provide regular sales analysis and reports Handle general warehousing tasks (such as arranging logistics, moving goods, sorting out warehouses, taking inventory, and updating inventory records) Prepare labels for in-coming shipments Liaise with internal and external parties on operation-related issues
Document processing from hard copy to soft copy Data entry of client data using MS Excel Hand IR and BR forms
