In my current position as Head of Marketing, I benefit from my roots as a trained dental technician. This foundation allows me to develop a deep understanding of the industry and precisely grasp the needs of our customers, which include doctors, laboratories and milling centres. My experience as a dental technician keeps the quality of our products and services at the centre of my work, while developing innovative marketing strategies to meet their needs and promote successful collaboration.
During my studies at BHT in Business Administration Digital Economy, I placed great importance on continuing my professional activities. This was important to me for several reasons: on the one hand, I didn't want to lose contact with the world of work and, on the other hand, I was keen to keep my expertise in the dental industry up to date with the latest technology. This balance between academic learning and practical application not only strengthened my understanding of the digital economy, but also improved my own organisational and structural skills. This has enabled me to plan and coordinate more effectively and utilise my time more efficiently.
During my time at dematec, I was able to fully develop my passion for CAD/CAM technology and expand my expertise as an experienced dental technician. By integrating state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies such as 3D printing and laser melting, I not only learnt about new ways of innovative manufacturing processes, but also actively participated in their implementation. This exciting experience has significantly shaped my expertise in the field of digital manufacturing and given me valuable insights into the future of dental technology.

At Rübeling&Klar Dental Laboratory I completed my training as a dental technician in 2016 and learned the basis for my career in the dental field. Directly after the training I intensified my interest in digitization in this field. In theory and application I spent most of my work with CAD/CAM technology (3shape) and 3D printing. In addition to my work as a dental technician, I also worked as a medical product consultant, advising clients on complex cases and representing the company at international trade fairs, such as the Dental-Expo in Moscow. During this time, I have been able to see the strong impact of digitization on entire industries, professions and the challenges that occured wich we have to face as a society.
