Worked mainly for companies (net sales from €2m to €300m) in both in bonis or judicial proceedings: - Understanding and analysis of historical financials (P&L, balance sheet and cash flows, assessed EBITDA normativity and adjusted net debt) - Performed business plan review or modelling when required - Modelled cash flow forecasts (short and mid-term) and estimated cash needs - Conducted missions in various contexts: assistance with the restructuring plan in out-of-court or judicial contexts, debt refinancing, acquisition of targets and vendor due diligences - Team supervision and frequent interactions with company’s Management and operational teams (controlling, accounting department)
