İnsan kaynakları alanında, sıradan modelleri bir kenara bırakıp insana değer veren çözümler üreten bir profesyonelim. İzmir Fen Lisesi ve İTÜ Endüstri Mühendisliği yüksek lisans mezunu olarak 1996'dan bu yana İK alanında çalışıyorum. Engage&Grow kolaylaştırıcısı olarak Inspark, Huawei, Netaş ve Saica gibi firmalarla 12 haftalık programlar yürüttüm. Çalışan Deneyimi, Performans, Yetenek Yönetimi ve İşe Alım konularında danışmanlık, eğitim ve atölyeler sunuyorum. OKR eğitimi ve 25 yıllık deneyimimle insan odaklı performans sistemleri kuruyorum. Türkiye'de ilk Tasarım Odaklı Çalışan Deneyimi Programı ile şirketlerin İK süreçlerini baştan sona yeniden kurgulamalarına destek oluyorum. İK liderlerine yönelik Yapay Zeka ve İnsan Kaynakları Programı'nı da aktif sunuyorum: AI araçları, prompt yazımı, süreç entegrasyonu, örnek projeler, mentorluk ve etik. Bireysel çalışmalarımda İK profesyonellerine mentorluk yapıyor, yöneticilere kariyer danışmanlığı veriyorum.
