Supply and Trading Department / Import and Export (STAR Refinery and SOCAR Petrol Turkey ) • Being responsible for delivering foundation inputs to the management and internal stakeholders (such as data sets, company / market profiles) • Being the focal point for data acquisition and disseminating such information in coordination with the trading team and domestic sales team • Daily tracking of the inventories, export & import programs and the risk parameters and related hedging activities • Cost and differential analysis and preparing input data for Refinery Planning Departmen, LP programming • Analysis of export prices and reporting outputs for trading strategy • Analysis of ULSD export pricing periods according to Refinery plan and Domestic Sales and Optimize days sales of receivables for STAR exported products • Preparing monthly presentations for the internal stakeholders about mico/macro developments • Daily cross-checking the import/export cargoes and hedging position reports • Coordinating with Operations team for the input of financial cost for extended payment terms and reporting of all data in tems of payment terms and financial cost amounts • Forecasting of payable amounts to suppliers including direct cost and manage the calculating and reporting process
-Execution of financial operations of foreign suppliers such as co-ordinating contract agreements, letter of credit issuances & amendments and related payments, ensuring invoices to be custom compliant, financial reconciliations and management reporting in trading systems - Crude Import Reconciliation and Product Export Reconcilition process with counterparties - Collaboration with 3rd parties and STAR Refinery Finance, Customs and Operations Teams - Data preparation for audits and fiscal authority
