● Became the tech lead of the LATAM Retail AX 2012 sub-team, leading a small engineering team within a larger department. My responsibilities as a tech lead included: ○ Taking part in the requirement analysis of regulatory features for Mexico and Brazil for Dynamics AX 2012 for Retail ○ Estimating the time needed to implement new features ○ Decomposing larger features into deliverables, then delegating them to a team member for implementation or implementing them myself ○ Tracking team's progress, and making sure we were meeting SLAs on feature release date ○ Participating in weekly syncs with my manager, updating him on team's progress ○ Helping evaluate team members' performance ● Achieved certification of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Retail in Brazilian state of Santa Catarina, allowing our customers to operate in that state until August 2022. For the first time in state's history, this certification was done fully remotely, without a single engineer being physically present on-site in Brazil ● Helped the Dynamics 365 Retail for Brazil team to port regulatory features from Dynamics AX 2012 ● Participated in design reviews for other countries' regulatory features, e.g. Germany ● Took part in the on-call duty, directly resolving customer incidents
