I've been fortunate to work alongside founders, boards, and investors to help emerging cybersecurity companies establish repeatable go-to-market execution, recruit outstanding leaders, build disciplined operating rhythms, and win complex enterprise customers. At Semperis, I joined as employee #16 and helped scale North American ARR from less than $1M to approximately $45M while building a 35-person go-to-market organization. At Omada, we delivered the strongest quarterly revenue and new-logo performance in more than three years. At Stream Security, I was recruited to build the commercial foundation for the company's next phase of growth. I enjoy building organizations, coaching leaders, partnering with customers, and helping great technology companies become enduring businesses.
It is my distinct honor and privilege to serve as Stream Security's SVP of Global Sales. In this role, I lead our GTM efforts with the Sales and Channels organization as we bring the amazing capabilities and value of Stream's leading CDR solution to the market. We bring value and success measured in cost reduction; risk reduction; and as well in increased revenue for our valued Stream customers. We have expanded our footprint in North America and across the globe. We have re-organized the sales team and channels program to be a "best in class" organization featuring exceptional and decorated sales professionals along with a very creative, pro-partner channel friendly program. In my role as Vice President of Sales at Omada, I had the privilege to lead the sales, revenue, and go-to-market efforts in the North American market. We quickly re-organized the GTM team. We set the sales bar high - acquiring more new logos in our first quarter together than in the previous several years. We exceeded revenue expectations - closing more ARR than in the 3 previous years. We developed and implemented strategic sales plans, built strong client relationships, and drove revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Responsible for developing and leading team of Sales Directors for Strategic, Enterprise, and mid-market accounts, leveraging System Integrators, Resellers; OEM and direct channels. Responsible also for developing marketing and customer focused campaigns targeted at expanding the Securonix Brand and opening new markets. Coverage area in Central US includes MI; IL; WI; OH; IN; IA; MN; NE; SD; ND. Successfully grown region 61+% year over year with multiple, high profile new logo customer wins.
